DC Chamber of Commerce’s Employer Advocacy Program on: Vision forward and impact on Employers
The DC Chamber of Commerce is committed to providing Employer Advocacy Seminars that enrich the network of Employers and teach Employers about hot topics and refresh memories on classic issues.
The Chamber like every other business has had to reimagine workflow to stay impactful. Virtual EAP seminars allow for that. Virtual seminars have expanded our reach and we continue to improve our product and service in the process.
Key topics will be:
1. The role of OHR in administering and enforcing regulations on Employers
2. Updates on the laws that affect employers
3. Since it is Latino History Month, how Latino employees are sometimes vulnerable to employment discrimination (and how to support managers working with Latino employees).
