DC Chamber of Commerce’s Employer Advocacy Program on: Unemployment Insurance and Benefits

The DC Chamber of Commerce is committed to providing Employer Advocacy Seminars that enrich the network of Employers and teach Employers about hot topics and refresh memories on classic issues. The Chamber like every other business has had to reimagine workflow to stay impactful. Virtual EAP seminars allow for that. Virtual seminars have expanded our reach and we continue to improve our product and service in the process.

Dr. Unique Morris-Hughes will give EAP attendees the information they need directly from the government agency regarding Unemployment Insurance and benefits.  The Director will discuss all things UI and hot button issues from the agency that employers need to be aware of.

Key topics will be:

1. Updates on the government operations in The New Normal.

2. Initiatives employers should take in working with DOES

3. What the future holds for DOES and Employers
